To start working on your file, Readable Transcripts requires a deposit of up to 50% of the total price of the project.
An invoice requesting full payment will be sent with your finished transcript.
Turnaround times are based on the time the file is received.
Business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central European Time), Monday to Friday. For example, with a 2-day turnaround time for a file received on a Tuesday at 2:00 pm, the transcript will be sent back to you by Friday at 2:00 pm.
Files sent outside of business hours will be considered as received at 9:00 am the following day.
